I spent much time on trying to find a new physician after my beloved doctor retired. I had my records sent over to this practice and never heard from them, thus assuming everything was okay. I called to request blood work and an appointment, as I needed a new prescription for a medicine I have been taking and need on a daily basis. At the time of my calling, I was told I was not accepted as a patient! No call, no explanation, no help. Nothing!! Apparently, they know very little about either my birth defect or my medications or they are unwilling to learn!!!
I guess I am grateful to know this about them sooner than later!
