Dr. Wagner was so kind & compassionate when I had to put my sweet Milly down. I would highly recommend her, she is a great Vet.
I wish I did more research before scheduling an apt for my dog. I got as far as seeing such great reviews and just trusted that every vet would be thorough. Unfortunately that was not the case. Dr. Felton was kind but I wish she was more thorough. I even had to ask before I left if we could do further testing. So I got a call after the urinalysis results came in and there were no conclusive answers and was told we may have to come back in to do blood work or further testing. I just wish this could have been tested while we were in the first time. Now if the antibiotics don’t cure my dog we have to come back in and pay for a second office visit and testing. It’s just very sad to me because I can tell from all the positive reviews that my experience would have been much different if I had called and ask for a specific vet.

The worst experience at a animal hospital ever. Dr. Wagner was on duty. We waited 2 hours for her to even walk into the room to even see what was going on with my dog. Very unprofessional. She saw all the other pets that came in after us. Everyone had left and my dog was the last one to be seen. I was not impressed with her at all. She had no real diagnosis and just gave us two prescriptions and said if she didn't get better to call her back and she can prescribe other meds. No, thank you.
Dr. Williams has 40 years experience and the Vet nurses and counter staff are all helpful and knowledgeable.
